Refund Policy

At Furever Pics, we aim to provide a positive and personalized experience for every pet and their human. Because we reserve time specifically for your session and provide custom services, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Session Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date.
This deposit reserves your time on our calendar and covers initial preparation.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a future session date if we receive at least 48 hours’ notice.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellations made with proper notice are eligible to transfer the deposit to a new session date (subject to availability).
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your session may result in forfeiture of your deposit or any payments made.
3. Refunds on Services Rendered
Because of the custom nature of photography, once services are completed (photos are taken and delivered), refunds are not available.
If you are unsatisfied with your images, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your concerns. We are committed to delivering quality portraits and will do our best to address any reasonable requests for adjustments.
4. Donations
Donations made through our website are voluntary and non-refundable.
These contributions support our nonprofit efforts to photograph shelter animals and help them find forever homes.
5. Exceptions
Life happens! We are understanding of emergencies and will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
