Welcome to Furever Pics! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information
Furever Pics provides pet photography services and operates a website where users can learn about our services, book sessions, make donations, and view our work. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses our website or services.

2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due by the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made through [Cash, Cashiers Check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.].
Session fees are subject to change but are honored at the time of booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If we need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a new date as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future session if you reschedule with sufficient notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a forfeiture of any payments made.

4. Session Details
We work with pets and their owners in a safe and respectful manner. If your pet has special needs or behavioral concerns, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
We are not responsible for the behavior of pets during a session. Owners are expected to manage their pets at all times.
You are responsible for ensuring any necessary permissions for the location of your session (parks, private property, etc.).

5. Image Delivery & Copyright
Your edited digital images will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session via an online gallery.
Furever Pics retains the copyright to all images taken during your session.
Clients receive a personal use license to download, print, and share their images for personal purposes.
Images may not be altered, edited, or used commercially without prior written consent from Furever Pics.
By booking a session, you grant Furever Pics permission to use images from your session for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your session.

6. Donations
Donations made through our website support our nonprofit efforts to photograph shelter animals.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle donations securely. We do not store any payment information.

7. Website Use
All content on our website (images, text, graphics) is the property of Furever Pics and protected by copyright laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Liability
We take great care in providing a safe and enjoyable experience. However, Furever Pics is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during a session or as a result of using our services or website.
Owners are fully responsible for their pets and any actions their pets take during the session.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
